We are continuing to monitor the impact on carrier connections. Current status:
Transmission (TRM): Restored. Booking is available again. Spring (SPR): Still unavailable since 11:35 CET. CheapCargo (CHC): Restored. The connection is operating normally again.
Customers shipping with SPR may see failed bookings, label errors or missing tracking updates until this connection is restored. The cause is on the carrier’s side. We will post another update as soon as there is progress.

Identified
We have identified an issue that may affect connections to several carriers. Two critical security vulnerabilities in PHP (reported as “PHP2Shell”) became public today, and PHP is releasing emergency fixes. Carriers that run PHP-based systems may apply emergency patches or temporarily restrict access to their services.
Customers may therefore see failed or delayed shipment bookings, label retrieval errors or missing tracking updates for the affected carriers. The cause is on the carrier side, not in nShift’s platform.

Investigating
Since 2026-10-21 13:30:34, the connection with CHC and SPR has been down. When booking shipments, you will see:
Shipment submit failure: Shipment booking failed. Internal service call failed. Bad Request: The supplied label URL is not available or invalid for CHC
Exception sending HTTP request: HTTP status code 504. Error description: 504 Gateway Time-out for SPR
TRM B4: error during booking request - code[ns1:HTTP] error[(403)Forbidden] for TRM
The issue is on the carrier’s side. We are in contact with the carrier to resolve it as soon as possible and will post an update here when it is fixed.
