We need to do a technical intervention on our production platform. This is planned to be executed on 2026-03-22, between 7h and 9h CET. During this time window our platform will be unavailable. This means you will not be able to book shipments, to request labels/documents, to download reports or to access MyTranssmart.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We will try to limit the duration of the window to the bare minimum.
PS: Our user acceptance platform is not impacted by this maintenance and will remain operational.
