Investigating -
Since 2026-06-05 11:53:08 the connection with (Carrier) is down. This is he error you can see when trying to book shipments:
Shipment submit failure: Shipment booking failed. Internal service call failed. Unauthorized: An internal server error occurred, Server - Fault occured: 55000: cannot update table "usertoken" because it does not have a replica identity and publishes updates
The issue is located on the carrier's side. We are in contact with the carrier to solve this as soon as possible, and will comment here when the issue is solved.
