We need to do a technical intervention on our production platform. This is a re-take of the maintenance originally planned for today.
The new maintenance window is now planned for Sunday April 12th, between 7h and 9h CEST.
During this time window our platform will be unavailable. This means you will not be able to book shipments, to request labels/documents, to download reports or to access MyTranssmart.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We will try to limit the duration of the window to the bare minimum.
PS: Our user acceptance platform is not impacted by this maintenance and will remain operational.
