Hello,

We are aware of an issue affecting carrier NSE, we have identified what caused it and looking into the issue and developing a fix. The error that you will see is :
"GENERIC TMP1: Exception during retrieval of route data: nl.copernicus.niklas.module.includes.NiklasTransformerException: : GENERIC TMP1: No route found"
Some shipments are still going through.
