We need to do a technical intervention on our production platform. This is planned to be executed on Sunday March 3rd 2024, between 7h and 8h CET. During this time our platform will be unavailable. This means you will not be able to book shipments, to request labels/documents, to download reports or to access MyTranssmart.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We will try to limit the duration of the window to the bare minimum.
PS: Our user acceptance platform is not impacted by this maintenance and will remain operational.
