A fix was implemented on our side this morning and it seems to have solved the connection issue. We are monitoring further this morning to be sure this solves the issue. You can now rebook your RAB shipments that encounted the aforementioned error.

Investigating
Since this morning 2024-03-11 at 11:25:19, the connection with RAB is down. These is the error you can see when trying to book shipments:
GENERIC TMP1: com.transsmart.lib.communication.commons.exception.CommunicationLibraryException: Error during connection to SFTP server
The issue is located on the carrier's side. We are in contact with the carrier to solve this as soon as possible and will comment here when the issue is solved.
