Investigating

Since 2025-09-08 13:48:45, the connection with DHP is down. This is the errors you can see when trying to book shipments:

DHP B1(handle) You have an error in your SQL syntax check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 1

The issue is located on the our side. We are working to solve this as soon as possible and will comment here when the issue is solved.
