Investigating

Since 2026-05-12 09:01:14, the connection with DPA has been intermittently unavailable for shipments sent from DE.

When trying to book shipments, the following error may be returned:

Shipment submit failure: Shipment booking failed. Internal service call failed. Bad Request: An internal server error occurred - I/O error: Read timed out; nested exception is java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

The issue is located on the carrier’s side. We are in contact with the carrier and are working with them to resolve this as soon as possible.
